How do you send an auto reply to every text?

How do I set up a auto text reply for anybody that texts me saying “hey I’m driving please call me “because I get texts from people that are not in my contacts because I’m only dealing with them that day, the next day I’m dealing somebody new I am not gonna put contacts in for somebody I’m just gonna deal with one time.
