Adding an Emoji

To Whom It May Concern,

we are requesting that an emoji be added into the next IOS update. Needing not wanting an "eye twitching emoji". As in like the yellow smiley face ones but one that has an "eye twitch".

Emojis are generally created by the Unicode Consortium, not Apple. Click here, and if it hasn't already been submitted, file a proposal. The list of emojis for the next update has been finalized; any not in it won't be added for a long time.

For national flags, and ones from similar organizations, they need to have an ISO-3166 code, and the device manufacturer needs to implement the flag.
