Memory leak on my MacBook Pro?

This is happening daily on my new MBP14 64Gb Ventura 13.2.1. Ive also had it happen when trying to rebuild mailboxes on Mac Mail as the conversion seemed to create a ton of recovered messages.

It begs the question how much free storage do you have?


macOS uses free storage for Memory(VM) as part of it unified memory architecture.

third party apps are not always optimized for the macOS.



It says right there in the warning—



*Did you try running less apps contemporaneously...


try quitting open apps you are no using right now..

try rebooting more often...
