Why doesn’t my MagSafe charger turn off when my phone reaches 100%? I have the new iPhone, 14 promax, with the new MagSafe charger, and it’s currently at 100% but it’s still green and charging. Can someone explain to me why so that I don’t ruin my battery?

Hmm, how closely are you watching it? The 100% may just be an estimate and it may not be actually at 100%.
