IOS 16.3.1 5G LTE

First, make sure you're using the right iPhone in your country so you can have access to 5G and LTE: iPhone - Supported 5G and LTE networks - Apple

If your location or iPhone hasn't changed, use the guidance below to help with using 5G:

If you don't see 5G in the status bar

1. Make sure that you’re in an area with 5G coverage. Contact your carrier if you're not sure.

2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options or Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options. If you see this screen, your device has 5G activated. If you don’t see this screen, contact your carrier to confirm that your plan supports 5G.

3. Turn on Airplane Mode, then turn it off.

If you still don't have 5G service, contact your carrier.

Same things happened to me, both 16.0.2 and the newest update 5g and 3g no longer work, 4g works slowly but 5g doesn't work at all, it's there, 3 bars, just doesn't load anything.
