How do I verify my email when making a new Apple ID when it doesn't exist yet? If I try using a new email it make that email my new Apple ID.
Do any of you guys know how?

Are you saying that you're trying to set up an Apple ID with a non-existent email? That won't work. Finish setting up the email then create the Apple ID.
