IPad charging my Belkin power bank

Hi - this is not a new question but I couldn’t see an answer. My iPad charges my Belkin power bank (rather than vice versa as should be the case). And yes, I have tried connecting the USB C cable to my power bank first.

If you are having issues with your iPad charging your power bank, rather that the power bank charging your iPad, try to resolve the issue using these steps:

Restarting can help resolve unexpected behaviors, so Restart your iPad
Also, ensure that you are fully up-to-date, since updates can also contain fixes. Update your iPhone or iPad
