I upgraded to ios 16 but still no upgrade in the reminder app

How do I update Reminders if I did not do so when the iOS was updated? I didn’t update reminders when the iOS updated. Now I can’t find any way to update reminders. Please let me know how to do this.

How To Upgrade Reminders How do I upgrade the reminders app at a later time? When the reminders app upgrade initially came out, I was on an iPhone 7 Plus. I accidentally closed out of the upgrade screen too fast so my app never upgraded and I never got the option to do it afterwards. I have since updated my phone to an iPhone 12 and I figured since I was getting a new phone, it would have the upgraded reminders app automatically, but it is still the old app despite having the new one on both my iPad and Macbook. Is there a way to upgrade the app now when there is no option to?

Hello wejdan50,

Thank you for posting to Apple Support Communities.

If you upgraded your iPhone previously to iOS 13 or higher, prior to upgrading to iOS 16, your Reminders app would have been upgraded already. You will not see an upgrade notice twice.

You won't see a "reminder" for something that you have already done.
