activation lock

Previous owner didn't unlock it from iPhone when purchased and i have no way to contact her my husband bought it from her and didn't listen to me completely is there anyway to unlock it our am i stuck with just a paper weight?

Yes. Without the previous owner following these instructions

there is nothing you can do.
