Frustrating iMessage/ FaceTime error

Dear Apple,

I know nobody will see this but why does it keep saying FaceTime and iMessage Activation Error on my iPad Pro 11 ? I looked up videos, tried the Apple support steps, everything. I’ve tried: Reset Network Settings, Force Restart, Turn off iMessage/ FaceTime and turning it back on, rebooting, set up new password, create an different Apple ID, checking in for new updates (the version is up to date), and log my primary Apple ID back in. My internet wifi settings is also checked and was perfectly fine. Even my primary Apple ID is not working properly as I have tried logging in for the hundredth time today . ALL OF THESE “SOLUTIONS” ARE NOT WORKING!! Anyone who would care to read at least the underlined sentences please help me?

I would really appreciate the help .

thank you,

18 year old Kitana Tuufuli

Hi, kitana226,

Welcome to the Apple user-to-user Community.

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this Community, Apple will not read your message. (You would need to contact Apple Support.)

We'd like to help, however, yet there's a lot we do not know about the situation.

Re: (the version is up to date)

Apple Support's article (link below) says iPadOS 16.3.1 is the latest version, so am guessing that's what's installed:

Re: "why does it keep saying FaceTime and iMessage Activation Error"

Maybe FaceTime isn't getting the strong wi-fi or cellular connection it needs:

Have you checked with your provider ?

What to do:

If you can't activate your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support

and

Messages may need both wi-fi for Messages and cellular for SMS & MMS.

Wondering if you have a cellular data plan, and whether it is turned on

(charges may apply from your provider)

Is your Apple ID working at the online login to your account: appleid.apple.com

Have you signed in (to your iPad) with the correct Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

Is FaceTime set-up, ready to use:

If so:

As you have changed your Apple ID ... you may need to log out from the old Apple ID, in order to be able to log back in with the new Apple ID:

If not:
