How do I fix “Unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime” error on my Apple devices?

My phone randomly deactivated iMessage and FaceTime 3 weeks ago and i cannot seem to get a solution. Not online and certainly not from Apple stores.

icloud sign in and security displays “unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime” on all devices. I have attempted removing and re-adding at least 50 times.

iMessage and FaceTime settings do not allow me to activate at all. I get endless loop of two pop ups: “Turn on FaceTime?. Your network provider may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime.”

and

“FaceTime Activation. An error occurred during activation. Try again.”.

I accept both prompts all the time. I have followed every response to this forum and others such as reddit and absolutely nothing works. This is my first encounter in over a decade of using apple.

i am in desperate need for help.
