My iPhone says update is requested but nothing is changing

I have been trying to update cell phone. Update was paused now says Update requested but nothing changing

I would first recommend restarting your phone if you have already tried that make sure your phone is plugged in because sometimes it won’t start unless it is. Hope this helps.
