App icons have disappeared from their location since updating to iOS 16.3.1

Since the iOS 16.3.1 update my iPhone has gone mad.

I keep my apps organized in groups and have done so for years.

Since the upgrade APP icons have disappeared from their location in groups or from my Home Screen.

I have to go down to the APP library and drag them out again.

There is no apparent pattern. Today Firefox, Firefox Focus, and a Health Portal went MIA.

Yesterday it was a Banking APP.

Sadly, I don’t know they have disappeared until I open their group.

I do not have offload unused APPs set on.

This is driving me crazy.
