my phone is frozen with guided access, its locked and i cannt enter my passcode and cant do anything. how to unlock my phone and turn it off?

Hi there, try this to turn off guided access

Triple-click the Side or Home button, enter your Guided Access passcode, then tap End. Or if you turned on Touch ID or Face ID for Guided Access, double-click the Side or Home button.

If this is not working, try and force restart your iPhone

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

It can be nessecary to follow above steps again after the force restart to turn off guided access
