Hi,
When the Files app open, it’s stuck on this page, all the options on top right are not responding. The file on top left is a guitar pro file but Files thinks it’s a OS Map?
Tried force quitting the app and rebooting but it just opens again on this page. I’m on IPad iOS 16.2.
Any advice welcomed. Thanks.

Forcing the app to quit was a great step to take. Since this continued, you'll want to install the latest iPadOS update. iPadOS apps such as Files will install any updates and bug fixes when the iPadOS is updated. Currently, the latest iPadOS is 16.3.1.
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. Tap Install Now
Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Once up to date, you can test to see if this continues.
