How do I deactivate Sign in with Apple?

I used Sign in with Apple to sign up for a third party app. I have since selected the option to Stop using Sign in with Apple for the third party app, however weeks later I am still receiving emails from the third party app via the @privaterelay.appleid.com email address that was assigned to the account.

Why do I continue to receive emails from the third party app?

Seems you may need to unsubscribe with the third-party app developers, as merely turning off Sign In with Apple has not notified them you are no longer using the app. I could be wrong.

Maybe the eMails you receive have "unsubscribe" instructions, (usually at bottom).

If the app came from Apple:

or

All the best :-)

Thanks for the response. I found one of the emails and clicked the "unsubscribe" button.

In the interim, it was my understanding that when you deactivated or stopped the Sign in with Apple feature with a third party app, this stopped the random email ID generated by Apple and shared with with the third party app from forwarding emails to your primary Apple ID email address. Is this not the case?
