In all likelihood NO.

However your security credentials might have been compromised; often thru “social engineering / phishing.”

(It’s sorta the difference between having your locked-up residence “broken into” … versus leaving your front door standing wide open while obviously “away” for an extended period.)

“Close and lock the door” to your Apple devices by following the guidelines available in links below and NEVER providing your AppleID password - or Device passcode - to ANYONE.

Unless you let someone use your phone for a hour or so and also provided them with your Apple ID and Password, there is no way that your phone is hacked.

What makes you think that your phone has been hacked?
