How do you turn off the network and leave the wifi on?
My son recently deployed to Germany and has an iphone, 12 or 13 I believe. How does he turn off the phone portion so he doesn't get crazy phone bills, but leave the wifi on?

There are 2 useful settings:
- Settings/Cellular/Cellular Data Options - Data Roaming off will block just data, but not voice calls
- To block all cellular use, including voice, turn ON Airplane Mode, then turn ON Wi-Fi.
He should probably get a local SIM card with a local number if he will be there for an extended period.
