apple pencil automatically adds lines or connects words

Hello, I hope somebody could help me with the following issue I have to deal with. I have bought an Ipad 11 (2022) just one week ago. While writing and working in 'good notes' or 'notability'. I noticed that the apple pencil automatically adds lines to the word I have just written down or connects words next to each other without me doing anything. It just adds these lines while I am in the middle of writing something down. Additionally, the lines of which a word consists are sometimes extended and get much longer than I intended to. In the attached picture you can understand what my issue is. Ignore my bad scripture I am getting used to the Ipad ^^ Thank you!
