Dutch translation missing on the Mac and iPad (latest OS)

On my MacBook Dutch also disappeared already 3 times. The first time it came back after an update to macOS, but the second time it only came back after a few days. I am not sure if I even restarted the machine before it came back... The third time it still has not come back... I restarted already and it is still missing.

I see multiple people complaining about this in other forums as well... very weird bug.

For unknown reasons the 5 languages added in iOS 16 go missing for some users. Some things you can try are found in this earlier discussion
