please, help! I bought icloud+ but it doesn't work!! in the subscriptions it says that I didn’t buy anything, but at the same time iCloud increased to 50 GB. However, I still can't use it! there’s proof that i paid for it!!

If you are out of storage on your device, you'll need to erase some first. You need some space available to allow iCloud to work. You can also optimize photos to save space on your device (Settings > Photos)
Plug in the device and leave it at least overnight. You may need more free space in the device but you definitely need to leave it powered
iCloud+ does not display under subscriptions. You have the space as per your device screen. Everything is fine.
But the photos won't upload to iCloud. writes that there is no storage on the phone
