iPad touch screen

My iPad touch pad requires long pressure (3-4 seconds)

It sounds like you may have AssistiveTouch enabled on your iPad. If it is, you can learn how to edit and manage the AssistiveTouch settings here: Use AssistiveTouch on iPad - Apple Support. Here's information on how to access the AssistiveTouch settings on your iPad.


Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.


If you wish to disable AssistiveTouch, you can do so from this screen. If you want to use AssistiveTouch, but need help managing it, look over all the information offered on the link provided above, and it will offer information on how to set up, use, and manage the AssistiveTouch feature.
