share a file with family members

My husband and I would like our photos to all to go into one directory. Specifically, we'd like the photos he takes with his phone that currently go to his section of our Family Sharing plan go to my photos directory of the Family Sharing plan in iCloud, since that's where we keep our master section of all photos. I just can't imagine there's no way to do this. Right now we have to move the photos from his system into my system and it's a pain. Any suggestions?
