Old issue, new issue, what changed(?) or you just happen to notice?
It is dependent on how you are connected to the internet—
cable modem, DSL, WiFi, Ethernet, cellular... and your ISP. It can change, accuracy fluctuate according to the current conditions.
If you have a iDevice it can passively help triangulate your location...
Verify your settings remain the same and/or correct— I would simple check it at a different time/day.
