How does the number *6069# work?
Whenever I dial this number it just increases my phone signal, I wanted to check that this isn’t some kind of way for scammers to hack.

Scammers cannot hack your phone that way. Scammers can try to phish you and if you provide personal info they will scam you. Otherwise you should be safe.
