It says it was on dark web. I feel like going to Verizon. But they’ll laugh at me. I might reset my phone and change password . I have changed password a few months ago.

If it's Verizon's app that's giving you this information, it is Verizon you should speak to. Generally, there customer service people are well-trained enough not to laugh until the call is done and you have hung up.
