My cell phone (old) is now being ported to I dont know where! It spies on me, knows when I go to the doctor! THIS was done when I was giving up the OLD number, I know who , as this same person has been hacking my EVERYTHING for 13 years! phones, emails, computers, Pay Pal, all that I have. I can get no Peace! How do I found out where, which carrier, get evidence, and cease this ? HELP!!!

Here I am assuming that you that established your own Apple ID on the phone, and you are not using an Apple ID that you "inherited" from someone.
Yes, Bob, all of that. But my estranged son is very handy iwth computers, he programs. well, for 13 years he has been hacking all that I own, to include porting my numer to smewhere. So hoping someone could tell me where, it is seemingly to be with AT & T.

If he had ported your number to somewhere, you would be getting a bill from a different carrier. Did that happen?
