Go to the App Store and search for those apps. E.g. https://apps.apple.com/app/instagram/id389801252

You will find that some of then will require an iOS version higher than the 12.5.7 you can install on an iPhone 6 Plus. In that case if you want to run them you will need to buy a newer model iPhone.
