Incorrect badge count showing for Outlook application

We understand that Outlook is displaying badge notifications, but the incorrect number of notifications.

You've done a great job troubleshooting so far! We appreciate you sharing these details with us.

You can also refresh your Notification Settings for Outlook by going to Settings > Notifications, turn off Allow Notifications for Outlook, restart your iPhone then follow the same path back to enable notifications again.

To manage your notifications from the Lock Screen or Notification Center:

1. Swipe left over an alert or group of alerts.
2. Tap Options, then select from these options: 

• Mute for 1 Hour
• Mute for Today
• View Settings
• Turn Off

You can also tap View Settings to change your alert styles or alert settings for a specific app."
