Can I return for a new replacement

I just bought my iPad 2 days ago and it's constantly rebooting. I have reset all the settings and wipe it to MFG defaults and it's still rebooting. Can I take it back to the Apple store where it was purchased and exchange it for a new one?

You can have it replaced under warranty or you can request a refund.
