IPhone will not turn off after update 16.3.1

🤷🏼‍♀️HELP‼️

My iPhone updated to 16.3.1 last night. It will not power off. It will not let me enter the lock code. It has the update notification but the 🆗 won’t dismiss it. Siri wants the lock code. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve held the button until it goes black but the screen saver is doing that. Home key asks for lock code. Emergency does not work.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
