I think my Apple ID account has been hacked.

Need to sign into my account immediately. I think from what I have seen my information has been changed . Patricia G.

please speak to me asap. I can’t get into my account!!

Hello ~ Is your Apple ID locked? App Store and iTunes locked? Apple ID compromised?

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Why can’t I get into my account? Has someone closed my account? Please I think somebody is using my account.I need to sign in?

It sounds like someone who knew both your Apple ID and password went in and changed the password. There is no easy way for you to get back into your account.
