My Beats Solo 3 wireless over ear headphones will not work in the cold. I am so frustrated because I like to walk my dog every night and when it is cold, I can not use my Beats (they would keep my ears warm).

I am really struggling with my Beats Solo 3 Wireless over ear headphones. They will not work in the cold (I live in New England) and they will not stay connected below 36 degrees. They will work for about 5 minutes (fully charged), and then sound off, and every time I hit the connection button, they just blink all 5 white lights - 3x. It will not allow me to reset or reconnect. They will not work again, until I bring them back inside. I really want these to wear over my ears in the cold, while I am walking my dog each night. So frustrating. Any fixes for this?

Wear a knitted circular earmuff over the beats, or wear a watch cap over your head and the beats. The heat of your head will keep them warm enough.

We understand your Beats are not working while in the cold. It is not uncommon for an electronic device to perform differently when not in optimal temperatures. Apple doesn't have specific details on operating temperatures for Beats, but it is noted that they advise for working temperatures for iOS devices to be between 0º and 35ºC (32º to 95ºF) according to If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support. You may be able to find more applicable temperatures in your Beats user guide that came in the box with your Beats.
