Ordering iphone 14 pro max 256 gb, Order Total $1235.93, gift card used $160, remaining amount $1075.93 for which application for a new Apple Card is approved but somehow not able to submit the same. Please assist.

My order is taking too long and extract amount has been charged I ordered an iPad and pencil on 19th July. I have received my pencil already. But iPad is still not shipped and its taking too long. I have already made the payment for everything. since I took education discount I am supposed to get a $140 worth gift card. Even though they had charged $140 initially, recently they again tried to deduct $140 from card but since I didn’t have enough money in my card it was rejected. Later I tried to call to customer support but the number is not working. Since the iPad is for education purpose I didn’t want to make any delays, so gave a new card and they deducted $140. Apple service is really worst. Can someone help me with this.

Apple Gift Card I have 2 valid gift cards. Both checked thru apple's site that show that both haven't been used and have the correct amount on them. When I attempt to make a purchase, I enter them, and it shows their amount and states no further payment is necessary as they cover the full amount. I check out and the purchase is kicked back stating one of the gift cards is invalid. Attempting it again, after entering the gift cards in a different order, the purchase is again kicked back. But this time the prior invalid gift card is fine, it's the other that is invalid. Which was valid the first time the purchase was attempted. It's pretty maddening. Any advice would be appreciated.
