My order is taking too long and extract amount has been charged

I ordered an iPad and pencil on 19th July. I have received my pencil already. But iPad is still not shipped and its taking too long. I have already made the payment for everything.

since I took education discount I am supposed to get a $140 worth gift card. Even though they had charged $140 initially, recently they again tried to deduct $140 from card but since I didn’t have enough money in my card it was rejected. Later I tried to call to customer support but the number is not working. Since the iPad is for education purpose I didn’t want to make any delays, so gave a new card and they deducted $140. Apple service is really worst. Can someone help me with this.

Was the number you called the sales support number 1-800-MY-APPLE
