bootloop Apple logo iPhone xs

I have a problem with My iPhone xs, My iPhone is on boot loop on the apple logo, I tried to restore it on recovery mode, the iPhone appears on My Finder I tried to update it, but unfortunately, I got this message "The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (4013).", I also tried to force restart, it seems same flashing screen with apple logo, I had tried different laptops and USB caples nothings work,
