Whatsapp Backup stuck at preparing

I need to restore my icloud backup on a new iphone 14, iCloud has been successful except for whatsapp as the backup has been stuck at preparing for almost a day. I tried all the tricks here but nothing worked

Whatsapp backup to icloud stuck on Preparing WhatsApp backup to iCloud is stuck on Preparing and does not show any completion percentage. I tried restarting the phone, resetting the network settings, force closing the Whatsapp app and try again, and even deleting the old iCloud backup of WhatsApp but nothing works. Please help me with this issue.
