2 different results in "find my iPhone"

In the first picture above, Find My might have found the phone previously, but the iPhone is "offline". This means that the iPhone has been powered off, the battery has run down, or the phone does not have a connection to the Internet where it is currently located.

There is nothing that you can do about this except keep trying.

In the second picture, Find My cannot find that phone at all. Again, there is nothing that you can do about this other than keep trying.

I'm sorry, but the chances that your phone will be found are very very small.

the first one is asking if you would like to do the two options as your phone is not found.

the second it the system looking for the phone. it will then go back to the first one after it has failed at finding the phone
