My device is just 5 months old.. few days before i used my device for take a photo from a pool, Just below 'one' minut i kept the phone under water, but after two days my display screen dead,now it shown nothing on screen, but calling touch vibration all working! Then i didnt get any warranty from apple, its too bad experience from the brand,iam sure my phone not used more than apple allowed water resistance policy.. I think the phone had any manufacturing deffect.

It can happen. Water resistance is that, which is why it is not termed as water proof. Since you do have a one-year base warranty, you should have it assessed by Apple at a Store or authorized service provider to have an official verdict and work from there.
