Hello, I previously worked for a large business who gave me a MacBook Pro computer. I no longer work for this company and they allowed me to keep it. However, I have been locked out completely from the company computer due to security stored in the computer. I have my username and password, but I still cannot get in. Can the genius bar clear this for me? Thank you.

I hardly doubt it. Unless you have proof of purchase..
Basically you do not have the admin rights and currently own a brick.
If it is bound to Enterprise, JAMF, MDM, active directory list (?) you will have to have it unbound by the company.
Only they can release it
Ring up the company IT support for a way forward.
