I have an old iphone SE, people I call can't hear me but I can hear them. The speakerphone function seems to work but the regular mic does not. The mic works for video recording and voice memo. Help.

Hmm, it is very unusual to have the microphones work for Voice Memos, but not for phone calls.
If you've already tried everything in this link:
If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
Then test again with the Voice Memos app. If no help, the next step would be to have it checked:
