MacOS Ventura removed hide login items at startup, any updates?

So long as you don't mind seeing a window of the app/s you want hidden for a short period on startup, you can do this with AppleScript or Automator and I guess Shortcuts as well.

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.2.1
