How to remove a forgotten Apple ID from my MacBook Air?

I don’t ihave an Apple ID for my Mac and I forgot the password and I want to permentaly delete the account and start from a new one

If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support describes what to do, including options If you can't reset your Mac login password.

Follow all those steps all the way through to the end.
