Trust This Computer popping up when not connected to anything

Hi. For a number of weeks now I’ve been getting this “Trust this computer” pop up randomly when my iPhone is not connected to a cable whatsoever. It’s only happening at night when I’m about to go to sleep, in a room where there aren’t even other computers. There isn’t a bluetooth speaker or anything like that, the only smart object is my cell phone.

I’m really baffled by this, is there a solution? Is there something in my room attempting to connect to my iPhone? It’s pretty annoying that I keep having to dismiss a pop up.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro, on iOS 16.3.1, bluetooth is disabled so there isn’t a bluetooth interference that I can identify.

Any help would be great, thanks.

When you get this popup it must have then name of the device. If the device is know to you then remove the device from your Apple ID.

Change your settings for trusted computers

Your device remembers the computers you've chosen to trust.

If you don't want to trust a computer or other device anymore, reset the Location & Privacy settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. Now when you connect to formerly trusted computers, the Trust alert will ask you whether you trust that computer.
