Because "lausd" is currently still managing this computer. There is no way for you to remove this management. You will need to contact "lausd" to see if they will remove this Mac from their MDM (aka management system) assuming the laptop was not lost or stolen.

If you just bought this laptop used, then I would recommend returning it for a full refund because the seller did not properly prepare the Mac for sale.

If you just purchased this Mac through your school or employer, then it shipped from Apple with it being associated with the school's/employer's MDM. The school or employer will need remove the Mac from their MDM.

A quick search reveals "lausd" is most likely the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities gordolokz95,

You can learn about Remote Management, and how it's used, here: Enable remote management for Remote Desktop

If you don't wish to have this enabled, it can be disabled with the following steps:

Disable remote management using the command line
You need administrator privileges on the client computer to complete this task.
In Remote Desktop , enter the following command to disable remote management and deny previously available logins:
sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -deactivate

We hope this helps!
