Money for 200 GB iCloud storage got deducted even after downgrade the plan and didn’t even get storage

I paid for 200 GB iCloud storage. It was about to renew but before that I downgrade the plan which is free. Now plan got downgraded but still money got deducted for 200 GB plan but didn’t got storage. I am wondering even after downgrading why money is deducted and didn’t even got storage. I don’t even need 200 GB storage now that’s why I downgraded the plan in advance, so in this case I am looking for the refund.


Can someone tell me how this problem can be solved and how i can get the refund?

You can go to  https://reportaproblem.apple.com to report it

or reach out to Apple Support directly. You should be able to reach them here
