Unable to scroll or navigate Music 1.3.3.2

I am running (recently updated to) Ventura 13.2.1

The Music [desktop] app is plagued with bugs that did not exist in iTunes.

1. Inability to scroll through a menu in the browser pane. Where I once could type the first few characters and would take me to the relevant point in the song or artist list for example, does nothing.
2. The side scroll bars barely work, they might scroll a few points and then no further.
3. The reduced search parameters, for example, searching my entire list by artist/title/album etc is no longer available, thus the added requirement to be able to scroll once I've narrowed a search down.
4. Similarly, clicking on an item within a list does not "take me there" and I need to use the down arrow to move one track or position at a time through a list
5. I have restarted my Mac multiple times
6. I have changed the settings within Appearance > Show scroll bars to the various configurations but makes no difference
