Problem installing the new ios 16.3.1

I am trying to update my iphone 11 pro to the latest ios. 16.3.1 and nothing works. It complains about the network but I have been to the shop where we had perfect connection and it still does not work.


It says that the update cannot be verified because that I am not longer connected with the internet.....try again?


....


Also when entering the ITunes account I am not able to reboot the device from scratch. That button is gray.

We'll be happy to help you out with updating. If you're unable to update, you'll need to follow the steps outlined in If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support


Particularly, "If you can't reach the update server or can't verify the update

If you try to update your device, you might see one of these messages:

An iPhone showing the "Unable to Check for Update" alert.

"Unable to Check for Update. An error occurred while checking for a software update."

 

An iPhone showing the "Unable to Install Update" alert.

"Unable to Install Update. [Software] update requires a network connection."

 

Try updating your device again using the same network. If you still see one of these messages, try updating your device using another network or update your device with your computer:

If the issue happens again after trying to update with multiple networks, remove the update."
