Disable grouping windows by application on windows switch

How do I configure Command + Tab to switch between all open windows ?

I read that I need to disable

"When switching to an application, switch to a Space with open windows for the application."

However, I can't find this settings anywhere.

Thanks

I tried all combination of

>Apple Settings>Desktop & Dock>

"Group windows by application "

"When switching to an application, switch to a Space with open windows for the application."

But I did not get the desire results.

If I have 2 Safari windows open, I am looking to see 2 Safari when clicking on command + Tab, without the need to use command + `. to reach the second window.

Changing the command + ` shortcut doesn't help.

Thank you.

Command Tab is a baked in shortcut for the HUD (Heads Up Display) switching between applications

>Apple Settings>Desktop & Dock

You can try Keyboard>Keyboard Shortcuts>Keyboard
