I want a new stylus. Tip is missing.

Apple ****STYLUS**** gen 2, $139, tip fell off after 14-day return closed.

offshore people kept transferring me around and asked me over and over the same info even though it was explained by TEXT.

Spoke with APPLE this morning, was asked the same questions but associate wasn’t familiar with a STYLUS and did NOT offer a replacement, so I hung up.

Furthermore, there is NO LINK TO STYLUS SUPPORT.

  1. The tips on the Apple Pencil are designed to be screwed on and off. They don't just fall off without significant pressure. They can if unscrewed come off, but can be screwed back on.
  2. The Apple Pencil First Generation includes a replacement tip in the box should you need one or you can purchase a pack from Apple. click here ➜ Apple Pencil Tips - 4 pack - Apple
  3. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, the damage would not be covered by warranty. Otherwise, you can take it into an Apple store to get it looked at and repaired or replaced as required.
